We collect information you choose to submit, such as your email address, postcode and alert radius, business listing details, plus basic usage analytics needed to operate and improve Findza.

For local sale alerts, we convert the postcode you provide into an approximate postcode-area location so we can compare sale locations with your chosen distance. We do not need or request your device's precise location for this feature.

Sale alerts and the optional Findza weekly email are treated as separate permissions. Joining local sale alerts does not automatically subscribe you to broader marketing. If you separately opt in to the weekly Findza email, we may use your email address to send curated deals, promotions, Findza updates and future member or rewards information. You can withdraw that marketing consent at any time.

We use submitted information to provide requested alerts and communications, review listings, measure site performance and prevent misuse. Service providers that help us host the site, send requested emails or measure performance may process the minimum information needed to provide those services.

Alert and marketing emails include an unsubscribe option appropriate to that communication. We do not sell personal information. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with you.
